This website has no contact form. When you call or email us, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser information and requested pages to deliver and protect the website. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics receives browser identifiers and information about page visits and interactions, including clicks on phone and email links. We do not send the content of your messages to Analytics.

Providing contact details is voluntary, but we need a way to reply to your enquiry. We do not use your data to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We use it to reply, arrange the first conversation and manage our work together if you become a client. We don't send newsletters or share your data for advertising.

For steps you request before a contract and for providing our services, we rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For legal duties, including accounting obligations, we rely on Article 6(1)(c). For other enquiries, website security and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims, we rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Optional analytics relies on your consent under Article 6(1)(a).

We keep enquiries that do not lead to a contract for up to 12 months after the last contact, and delete them sooner if they are no longer needed. For clients, we keep correspondence needed to provide our services during the collaboration and for up to 12 months after it ends. We retain only records needed to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims for longer, until the applicable statutory retention or limitation period expires or, for an ongoing dispute, until it is finally resolved.

Google Analytics retains user and event data for 14 months. The user-data retention period restarts when you visit again. Aggregated reports may be retained longer. Your consent choice is stored locally until you change it or clear your browser storage.

Our email and website providers: Google, which handles our email and, after consent, website analytics, and Cloudflare, which hosts this website.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their published safeguards include applicable adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses. We use Google Analytics 4 only after you accept analytics cookies. Your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it through Cookie settings in the footer.

You can ask to access or correct your data, have it deleted, restrict its processing or object to its processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (UODO). To exercise your rights, email contact@dori.studio.

Where the GDPR conditions are met, you also have the right to data portability. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
